The building is located in one of the most elite neighborhoods of the city of Sofia – Izgrev. The proximity of the building to the Boris garden and the park part of the neighborhood, the many schools, kindergartens, pharmacies, food chains and restaurants are an important factor for comfort. The high quality of life is complemented by quick access to major road arteries, two metro stations (300 m.) and public transport stops.

The project envisages the construction of suspended ventilated facades from natural stone, metal, glass and HPL boards with natural wood veneer. The building was designed with high requirements for energy efficiency, with the aim of seeking to reduce energy consumption for a cleaner environment. This will be the first residential building in Bulgaria to be certified according to the American standard for sustainable development LEED.
