We are looking for:

Your main duties will be:

– Representation and offer of properties;

– Conducting negotiations with potential and current clients;

– Telephone conversations and holding personal meetings;

– The conclusion of transactions with real estate.

Work does not require constant presence in the office, but only when necessary, at scheduled meetings or when concluding a contract.

Main responsibilities of the position:

– Preparation of presentations, letters, offers, and other documents as necessary;

– Keeping registers with customer data, invoices and others;

– Carrying out the activities related to the representation of the company, such as conducting official correspondence with clients and partners;

– Ordering consumables necessary for the normal functioning of the office;

– Welcoming guests and partners in the office;

– Assistance in preparing advertising campaigns and organizing company events;

– Performing general administrative tasks;

– Working with office equipment – copying, scanning and printing;

– Daily support for the activities of the Executive Director – scheduling, meetings, etc.

Applicant requirements:

– Fluency in English;

– Higher education will be considered an advantage;

– Experience in the field of sales will be considered an advantage;

– Good computer literacy – MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader

– Communication skills, teamwork skills;

– Discipline and excellent organizational skills;

– Holding meetings and organizing inspections;
